What is a Chemise?

Traditionally worn as an undergarment to a dress, a Chemise is a thin, loose dress that drapes elegantly from the shoulders. Chemise dresses are perfect for the beach, as they look great worn over a bikini top. They also make great nightwear: smooth, soft, and very breathable.

Is Florence Net see-through?

Our Florence Net option for this dress is very sheer, and Chemises made from this material are great as slinky negligee for your underwear drawer. It could also be used as a sundress with a bikini, at the beach or by the pool, as this fabric will not prevent you from tanning. RJSTH Original Art Creation Prints on this fabric will have a slightly muted, ghostly effect due to the transparency of the net.

SURFACE TEXTURES

Extremely soft to the touch on both front face and back. This custom printed fabric is  comfortable on the body and sits with a very easy drape. The very small, almost mesh-like grain allows a bit of give from top to bottom, but is hugely elasticated if stretching from side to side.

RJSTH PRINT DETAIL

This semi-transparent fabric has a white base color, but due to the weft-knitted stretch of the fabrics, the white base is in varying tones, running with the grain. With a matte finish, the detail of the RJSTH print is very high quality, showing fine lines and intricate detailing.

USAGE

4.72 oz - Standard Weight Jersey printing is used for printing clothing and is ideal for a number of other clothing products such as leggings, hoodies, and a variety of both casual wear and sportswear garments including our RHJSTH Design Chemise.

One of our unique printable mesh materials. RJSTH Digital printing on Florence Net is highly sought after due to its extreme elasticity and gorgeous drape and handle.

SURFACE TEXTURES

Being extremely lightweight, this power mesh fabric is very delicate and gentle on the skin and the drape is almost fluid like. Both faces are extremely soft and smooth. The net-like fabric retains shape well and allows the skin to breathe, while the mesh texture allows heat and moisture to escape the body.

RJSTH DESIGN PRINT DETAIL

The matte finish to this RJSTH custom printed Florence Net fabric, allows crisp lines on top of the net-like material. The white base is a great contrast to the bright colors printed within the design.

USAGE

Florence Net has many qualities, which makes it a great fabric to work with. Its stretch and lightness make it great for lingerie, linings for swimwear, sheer dresses and even sheer or lightweight leggings.   A perfect fabric choice for a sheer Chemise.
