Thank you for visiting River Jade Smithy (RJS), an artisan-owned and operated emporium. We now feature a range of printed, made-to-order, handmade clothing, accessories, fine leather goods, and art, all crafted by skilled artisans. ~ Our collection showcases original artwork designed by River Jade Smith Travis (Doby) Huffaker (RJSTH), celebrating your love of beauty. ~ Our products are custom-made for RJS by Printful, Printify, Contrado London, and Art of Where Quebec, world leaders in print-on-demand apparel and eco-friendly hi-tech products. ~ Please note about the Latin translations: I have been using ChatGPT for Latin translations. While it is sometimes accurate, it can also vary. It often corrects its previous attempts and provides different answers based on its data set, so consider it an evolving resource. ~ The fabrics are based on images I have taken myself of my own art, many with my Samsung Galaxy phone, used as a starting palette. I have done the photo editing myself using Photoshop, featuring my Raku ceramic sculptures made at Laney College in Oakland, California, underlit jade stones, from Jade City in the Cassiar Mountain Range in British Columbia, Canada, from my family collection, opals from Spencer, Idaho, from my family's work, and my smithied handmade jewelry crafted in the land of Goshen, Idaho from hammered copper rod (sourced from Home Depot's electronics section), married with Argentium Sterling Silver and pink bronze from Rio Grande. These were not created using AI. ~
