Pure Candy Dressing Gown — Sequence #7
Pure Candy Sequence 7 gathers its color into deep forest green. Olive and lime arched cells repeat across the robe, while a compact multicolor crest—blue and orange among the greens—holds the center. The smaller arch-cell rhythm continues across front, sleeves, and back, giving the gown a dense, enclosed visual field.
The artwork on the gown
At the center is a compact multicolor crest embedded in a dark green arch-cell repeat. The palette combines deep forest-green ground, olive and lime arched cells, small blue-orange center accents.
The gown form
The wrap-front gown has a dark shawl-style collar, long sleeves, waist tie and front pockets.
Living with the work
Sequence 7 is useful when you want green to be the dominant atmosphere rather than an accent. It also gives the brighter Sequence 6 a darker collecting counterpart inside the same Pure Candy family. River Jade Smithy treats this as original artwork by Travis Huffaker carried into a useful house layer for preparation, rest, return, and the quieter intervals around a day.
With gratitude for your presence in the work, may this piece serve as both useful form and a continuing encounter with the art.
