WindSong Flower Fabric #6 Dressing Gown
WindSong Flower Fabric #6 Dressing Gown is distinguished within its family by the warmest earth-toned WindSong Flower gown, distinguished by copper-rust tapestry density and stacked medallions. The visible palette brings copper brown, ochre, rust orange, magenta-purple accents. Recurring forms include stacked ornamental medallions, dense filigree bands, mirrored tapestry panels.
The gown’s long sleeves, overlapping front, dark shawl-style collar and tied waist give the artwork a broad, wearable field, while the rear view lets the composition continue across the back rather than ending at the front panels. It can serve as an artwork-bearing house layer: quiet enough in form to let the print lead, yet substantial enough to become the center of a home or evening look.
Within WindSong Flower, Fabric #6 makes this gown one numbered station in a larger artwork sequence. Original artwork by River Jade Smith Travis “Doby” Huffaker. Thank you for spending time with the work.
