magenta, emerald green, dark green, red-violet
Pure Candy GNHV8.2.1 Pink Logo@Alchemic brings a vivid magenta field into direct conversation with green. Broad paired loops and rounded centers are filled and edged with emerald-green passages, while darker red-violet marks keep smaller details visible between them. The pattern changes its crop across the waistband, rear yoke and curved side panels.
Form & making
Fitted Glitter Yoga Shorts with a high-rise waistband and a six-inch inseam. The artwork continues across the waistband and garment panels.
Artwork by River Jade Smith Travis Huffaker. Each pair is made on demand with Art of Where in Montreal, Canada.
Fabric & finish
Glitter Performance Knit combines 88% polyester with 12% spandex, with a shimmering surface for the printed artwork.
Fit & body measurements
Choose your size using your waist and hip measurements. These ranges describe the body, not the finished garment.
The supplier’s US size labels follow its women’s sizing convention. Measurements are approximate, and handmade pieces may vary.
Measure around your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips with a flexible tape. Compare both measurements with the ranges below.
The six-inch inseam describes the inside-leg length from the crotch seam to the hem.
| Size | US size | Waist | Hips |
|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 0–2 | 24–26 | 33–35 |
| S | 4–6 | 26–29 | 35–37 |
| M | 8–10 | 29–32 | 38–40 |
| L | 12–14 | 33–37 | 41–43 |
| XL | 16 | 37–42 | 43–46 |
| XXL | 20–22 | 42–44 | 46–50 |
Care for the piece
Care for Glitter Performance Knit: wash warm using phosphate-free detergent. Tumble dry medium to high or hang to dry. If ironing is needed, use a synthetic setting.
The artwork & a closer look
Follow the green inside the large paired loops rather than treating it as a scattering of tiny highlights. On the front, green junctions link the figures down the middle; the rear rearranges the rounded centers below the yoke. At the sides, larger green-edged lobes curve around the hip and narrow toward the leg opening. Fine magenta marks continue inside the green passages.
Choosing & ordering
Choose from six sizes, X-Small through XX-Large, in Glitter Performance Knit. Use the body-measurement table to compare your waist and hips with the available ranges.
Before ordering, check your chosen size and the Product page’s current price and ordering details. For a problem with an existing order, use River Jade Smithy’s contact and policy links.
Origin Story
Magenta marks thread through broad green interiors in Pure Candy GNHV8.2.1 Pink Logo@Alchemic, artwork by River Jade Smith Travis Huffaker. Light and movement find their meeting in that warm-cool exchange. Trace a green space until a pink mark interrupts it, then let the next color carry you onward.

River Jade Smithy's poetic welcome
The Art of Where Room for the Living
Come, fellow traveler, leave room in your day;
The Grail Smith has colour to set on its way.
A curve caught in copper, a gleam held in stone,
May travel in cloth without losing its home.
Remember the hands where the first marks began,
The long, patient looking no measure can span.
Let River Jade Smithy's clear signature stay
As the work finds new places to enter the day.
In Montréal, lengths of printed cloth lie
Like gardens unrolled beneath somebody's eye.
The cutter attends to the shape they will take;
The needle draws near, and the quiet seams wake.
Here is the art of a where still to come:
A scarf at a doorway, the street's waking hum;
A skirt in the turning of music and feet;
A flash of a story where strangers may meet.
Carry the image; let weather and hour
Change how you notice its branch and its flower.
An angle of silver, a fold touched by sun—
The looking continues when making is done.
And when someone asks what the colours might mean,
Give room to the creature their own eyes have seen.
Tell where it started; then listen awhile:
The tale may grow wider in somebody's smile.
Let Green Worth take root in the things that we do:
Make room for repair; let care carry us through.
Learn what the cloth needs. Let the old keep a place
Beside what is new in the life we embrace.
The Earth is our hearth, with its rain at the sill,
Its roots in the dark and its birds on the hill.
May the wealth that we gather leave others their share—
Clean water, a refuge, a future to bear.
So bring to this fellowship something of you:
A name for a wonder, a kindness made true.
Let Loved be the welcome we practise and give,
With room for another, and room still to live.
The road leaves the workshop; the door opens wide.
Take story and colour out into the tide
Of mornings and meetings, of lives everywhere—
And help make a world that has room for us there.
