Turquoise, copper, brown, cyan

This edition carries Twelfth WindSong Flower. Turquoise and cyan pools carry dense copper, bronze and dark-brown filigree. The pattern alternates between lace-like cellular networks, small curls and radiating fan or rosette structures, creating a mineral-ornamental field rather than a single repeated emblem.

Form & making

Fitted Glitter Yoga Shorts with a high-rise waistband and a six-inch inseam. The artwork continues across the waistband and garment panels.

Artwork by River Jade Smith Travis Huffaker. Each pair is made on demand with Art of Where in Montreal, Canada.

Fabric & finish

Glitter Performance Knit combines 88% polyester with 12% spandex, with a shimmering surface for the printed artwork.

Fit & body measurements

Choose your size using your waist and hip measurements. These ranges describe the body, not the finished garment.

The supplier’s US size labels follow its women’s sizing convention. Measurements are approximate, and handmade pieces may vary.

Measure around your natural waist and the fullest part of your hips with a flexible tape. Compare both measurements with the ranges below.

The six-inch inseam describes the inside-leg length from the crotch seam to the hem.

Care for the piece

The artwork & a closer look

The front opens with a turquoise central wash crossed by copper lace and small cellular curls. A darker radiating structure gathers near the upper center while denser bronze networks frame both thighs. The center-front seam divides the radiating structure and the waistband line crops several copper curls. Turquoise fields broaden over the hips while the fine filigree compresses toward the inner leg. The back concentrates a large bronze-brown radial fan across the lower seat, surrounded by turquoise pools and fine cellular filigree. The upper field is more evenly mottled. The rear seam splits the radial fan into mirrored halves; the waistband seam interrupts the upper copper network. Seat curvature opens the fan and stretches its fine spokes outward. The profile shows turquoise pools threaded by copper scrolls and small flower-like cells. A vertical cyan highlight follows the outer hip and thigh. Side and waistband transitions crop the filigree into partial curls and layered bands. The cyan field widens over the hip and the small cells narrow toward front and back edges. The opposite profile emphasizes a bright turquoise side plane, copper looping forms and darker brown lace gathered toward the seat and hem. The motif crosses panel transitions in fragmented segments rather than an uninterrupted flat composition. Copper loops broaden across the seat-side curve and tighten toward the leg opening.

Explore all four supplied views to follow the artwork around the front, back and sides. The seams and curves change how the print meets across the panels.

Origin Story

Allover turquoise and copper color carry Twelfth WindSong Flower RJSTH@Fabric#12 by River Jade Smith Travis Huffaker around the shorts. The Grail Smith’s Ancient Now invites the eye to travel through the whole field. A curling passage can lead from one part of the garment into the next.
