Green Jade gives this His/Virilis Chain rash guard an unmistakably green presence: yellow-green fields, deeper moss outlines and broad mirrored shapes that continue across the garment. Orange links at the hem and cuffs make a clear counterpoint.
Choose it for the sweep of the pattern, not just its color. Long sleeves and four-way stretch let the image accompany an active day, while the extended, fitted body keeps the silhouette distinct from an everyday tee.
Artwork, not a cloth option
House Fabric #3 identifies Travis’s artwork in this Chain edition, not a fiber blend. Catena accompanies Chain in the House language: the linked border is part of the print, not a separate chain attached to the garment. Original print-image artwork through photography and Photoshop development, and the RJS garment design, are by River Jade Smith Travis “Doby” Huffaker. Printful manufactures and fulfills the garment.
The garment form
Protectio Erucae is the accompanying House name. Printful makes this slim-fitting, long-sleeved rash guard on demand, with raglan sleeves, a longer body, four-way stretch, flat seams and coverstitch. The fabric is printed before cutting and sewing, carrying the image beyond a small chest graphic.
Materials and regional differences
Printful’s model page, checked 13 October 2026, lists US fulfillment at 78% polyester/22% elastane and 290 g/m², and EU fulfillment at 84% polyester/16% elastane and 230 g/m². These are supplier specifications, not selectable fabrics or a promise about an individual garment. RJS cannot choose or predict its production region; follow the supplied garment label. Printful specifies UPF 50+ for the model, not complete protection or protection from impacts.
Choose your size
Sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL are offered. This form is fitted and runs small; Printful suggests one size up for greater comfort. Compare your measurements with the Men’s Rash Guard Size guide at Printful. Body circumferences and laid-flat garment widths are different measurements. Earlier numerical charts remain reference records, not verified measurements of current production or a guarantee of fit.
Care for the garment and its image
Rinse thoroughly after use to remove salt or chlorine. Avoid rough surfaces and hook-and-loop fasteners that can pull white fibers through the print. Printful’s all-over-print apparel guidance permits machine washing cold with like colors, no bleach or dry cleaning, and low-heat ironing. The Atelier prefers cold hand washing and drip drying. Follow the supplied care label for drying and item-specific instructions.
Origin Story
The RJS catalog records this His/Virilis Chain edition’s publication on 2020-11-30. Its original offer and earlier specifications remain preserved in the House archive. Overlay alchemy and True@Real Depth Coloring name the House’s image-making language; they are not descriptions of a different physical cloth.
