Forest green and moss surround black-centered forms, lime accents and warm brown textures on this Pure Candy blouse.
Dark green clusters anchor the chest and lower front while lime accents surface through the moss field. On the back, the pattern centers a vertical sequence of green medallions surrounded by dense forest textures.
Cloth and coverage
Butterfly Smooth Crepe 4.42 oz (poly) is the single fabric for this edition. Contrado describes this woven polyester as smooth, lightly lustrous and floaty, and lists it as semi-transparent. Choose any underlayer for the coverage you prefer; a dark print is not a promise of opacity. Silk Sensation is the name of the neckline binding, not a silk-fibre blouse option.
Shape and wearing
The blouse has a rounded-slot neckline with a sweetheart-shaped opening, three-quarter sleeves gathered with elastic, front and back yokes, and a high-low hem. The supplier describes a loose, slightly flared shape. Her/Muliebris is retained as the House name for this blouse form. The design title identifies the edition; the print is cut into a torso field, a separate back and gathered sleeves. The artwork name is preserved without assigning it an undocumented story.
Grail Smith and the Green Worth Approach meet here in respect for the maker, an intentional choice of cloth and size, and care that keeps a piece in use. This is a made-to-order artwork edition to choose for its particular colors and arrangement, and to look after beyond its first outing.
