Pure Candy 23 Olive Purple Medallion Dressing Gown
Pure Candy 23 combines olive and purple rows with yellow-green lozenge medallions. The front gives those medallions room to register individually, while the back brings a wider purple-green band through the waist. The artwork therefore changes emphasis as the gown turns rather than repeating one front-facing statement.

The gown form
The wrap-front gown has a dark shawl-style collar, long sleeves, waist tie and front pockets.
Living with the work
Follow the lozenge forms first, then the broader back band. As a collecting piece, Pure Candy 23 leads naturally into the more jewel-like purple-blue medallions of Pure Candy 24. River Jade Smithy treats this as original artwork by Travis Huffaker carried into a useful house layer for preparation, rest, return, and the quieter intervals around a day.
With gratitude for your presence in the work, may this piece serve as both useful form and a continuing encounter with the art.
