WindSong Flower Fabric #9 Dressing Gown
WindSong Flower Fabric #9 Dressing Gown is distinguished within its family by the most lattice-driven WindSong Flower gown, with aqua geometry bracketed by magenta floral bands. The visible palette brings aqua teal, mint green, lilac, magenta-pink accents. Recurring forms include fine lattice geometry, mirrored diamond forms, floral border bands.
The gown’s long sleeves, overlapping front, dark shawl-style collar and tied waist give the artwork a broad, wearable field, while the rear view lets the composition continue across the back rather than ending at the front panels. It can serve as an artwork-bearing house layer: quiet enough in form to let the print lead, yet substantial enough to become the center of a home or evening look.
Within WindSong Flower, Fabric #9 makes this gown one numbered station in a larger artwork sequence. Original artwork by River Jade Smith Travis “Doby” Huffaker. Thank you for spending time with the work.

Lattice beside wandering flowers
Consider the WindSong Flower Fabric #9 long-sleeve T-shirt as an inner layer beneath this open Dressing Gown. Its pale aqua, muted-gold and teal ground can continue the gown’s aqua lattice, while bright pink floral trails loosen the more measured geometry. Let the shirt’s flowers interrupt the opening rather than trying to extend every diamond or rail. In this home-layering proposal, the gown’s borders provide the frame and the shirt contributes a freer botanical passage within it.
