Samhain Dream Thaw 11 of 15 Undecim ex Quindecim — Picnic Blanket
Long cream outlines give Samhain Dream Thaw 11 of 15 Undecim ex Quindecim its spacious rhythm, holding finely worked brown detail inside two broad tiers.
Narrow oval loops stretch vertically through the printed face, with a smaller ornamental band across the top. The middle passage gathers the longer forms together before another tier begins, all within rounded dark-edged corners.
Cloth, print and size
Polyester fleece face with black water-resistant oxford-cloth backing. One-sided print. One size: 61 in length × 51 in width (155 cm × 129.5 cm). Black carrying strap with buckles.
Care: Machine wash separately in cold water, gentle cycle; tumble dry low; do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.
Living with the work
Open the blanket to see the tall loops together, then let a fold bring one pale outline and its detailed centre into reach while seated. The plain black reverse faces outward in the rolled carrying view.
Collecting the work
Compare Samhain Dream Thaw 11 with number 12. Both let pale outlines stand forward from darker detail, but the eleventh stretches them into longer oval loops while the twelfth uses shorter, more pinched forms.

Coverage and carrying
One size: 61 in length × 51 in width (155 cm × 129.5 cm). A full picnic face shows both broad tiers at once. The pale outlines are part of the one-sided print, not cutwork, embroidery or openings through the backed fleece.
